GENERAL CONDITIONS: Assistances such as clearance during holidays/outside normal hours, Bunkering, Dangerous goods documents management, Medical assistance/consular clearance, CTM, Agent visiting anchored vessel, Agent visiting berthed vessel more than 1 time/day, Crew change/assistance, Agent overtime, etc. are to be settled separately. Please Note that Pilot services has a recharge for work following hours: Sat (08.00 – 20.00 – 30%), Sundays and Holidays (24.00 – 00.00 – 50%), Night Service (20.00 – 08.00 – 40%). Use Tugboat: Vessel with loan higher 115 m., Pilot can requires use of a tugboat with bad weather, vessel loan higher 120 m. use of tugboat is compulsory.
You are required and are liable to pay upon demand, the full amount described and shown in the actual disbursement account, regardlessof any difference between the figures in this pro-forma disbursement account and the actual disbursement account.

ENTRANCE

ANCHORAGE POSITION: 43º 39´ N – 007º 19,2´ W Bearing end breakwater = 110. Distance: 1.0´ Ground - Sand

The route takes us to Burela port at 43 ° 39 ‘N, 07 ° 22’ W and 0.6 miles S of Cape Burela. Once Corporal Burela has been identified, reaching the port has no greater difficulty than coasting towards the S, giving the coastline a margin of respect of 300 meters. The port is well identified by the breakwater.
The port of Burela is protected by a large dike that starts from the beach and that has about 800 meters of direction 125 °. At 560 meters from the start there is a heel that forms a spring of about 35 meters.

RESTRICTIONS

Master, please note that max. draft is 8 m. (Hightide)

No congestion ,no special restrictions.

Max. Lo: 125* m. (From 120 m. with a special permission harbour Master)

*TUGBOAT compulsory with bad weather, Departure with Hightide

Port has a security company at Port, if any crewmember needs go out outside of port installations, it´s good idea has passport himself.

In order to apply permission to enter the port/bert in Cariño, we need following documents:

  • ITC (International Tonnage Certificate)
  • ISSC (International Ship Security Certificate)
  • Cert. of civil liability for damages produced by bunker pollution (issued by flag)
  • P & I – Cert. of Entry
  • Safe Manning certificate
  • Residues declaration (Anex II)
  • ISPS (Also the CSO and SSO names and contract details in full)
